Scope and Contents

"Parents thought to have lived to a good old age. Siblings: One brother died from a stroke, 1 brother and 1 sister dead. Farmer, good health, pipe smoker, alcohol in moderation. 1943 threatened with stroke and kept in bed for a week. Suffered from dizziness since then - he complains of fullness in the head and difficulty in sleeping. Came to CRI for domestic reasons and was quite co-operative. Lived his own life and took little notice of others. His daughter is suffering from severe depression. Inclined to be quick tempered and irritable. Reads. Died in CRI."
