Scope and Contents

"Dull boy, IQ 71. Father was in the army. Mother very decent, used to clean. Not nervous however. Decent family, good home conditions. Dr. says this boy gets syncopal turns, faints in shops. Backwardness due to physical conditions. Nurse confirms. Maternal grandmother, dead, was peculiar. Maternal aunts were feeble-minded. Clean house, harmonious. No public assistance."
