"This woman has disseminated sclerosis, has had it for several years, is blue and syanosed. Parents said both to have died of disseminated. One brother in [redacted], OK. Son killed in the war. Daughter teaches. Home life very unhappy owing to husband. Comfortable. [Female informant] says this woman has paralysis agitans, has been seen in [redacted] and should be seen again but her husband won't send her. Cannot confirm parents, but her mother was paralysed before her death."
