"A little twister, on and off Public assistance, suffers from asthma and bronchitis, a very casual labourer. Married, has 4 or 5 children. Nurse says the children are not dull. Wife's brother lives with them. They only have one room but it is very big. Dirty, inharmonious. All in one room, dirty. Children filthy. Unsteady work record - on benefit just now."
