Scope and Contents

"This boy is very dull, but [male informant] thinks it is due to deafness. Nurse thinks that the dullness was really not due to deafness at all - people thought he didn't hear when really it was only his stupidity. Very very bad speaker, very deaf, seems dull but is good at figures."
