"This woman is defective (nurse), has had an awful life. A quarrelsome type, very rough tongues. Daughter IQ 70, a psychopath, now married. Spent the night in the nigger's camp."

It is possible the camp referred to is one housing volunteers of the British Honduran Forestry Unit who were stationed throughout the Scottish Borders and Highlands 1941-1943.
