Scope and Contents

"This man has always been very sensitive to noise - when there were cars hooting in the street he rushed out in his pyjamas and committed breach of the peace. Has been against the world ever since - would pull all belfreys and steeples to the ground for instance. He wears very odd clothes. He is a batchelor. Lives on his means but fancies he is a student. Dr confirms - this man is very talkative, has a lot of funny ideas, seems paranoid. Dr keeps on urging him to write a book but he says why should he benefit posterity. A frightful nuisance when he comes to the surgery as he keeps everybody waiting; may be seen running up the street to get ahead of other patients. Dr thinks he is microcephalic."
