Scope and Contents
"This woman has bouts of hysteria - has had them since childhood. Dr thinks it has something to do with sex. She had an illegitimate child when her husband was in the army; it was killed by a lorry when about 3 years old - she had a very bad hysterical attack for about 2 weeks; now all right. House practically a slum but clean. Family relationships harmonious - the matter of the illegitimate child has been overlooked."
