Scope and Contents

"This woman was in CR, discharged recovered. Diagnosis Agitated Depression. She has however been funny every since, cannot do anything for herself - relied very much on her husband who died. She seems to have been neurotic for a long time. [Male informant] this woman dabbles in homeopathy and soinal massage, goes about moaning but stops it in church. Complains of lack of faith and suicidal thoughts. Husband left some bad debts. Dr confirms, feels that whatever she does is the wrong thing."
