"Mother is a worrying individual. Informant believes mother's worrying has not helped patient very much. "This patient's fits are certainly hysterical and the alopecia areata and amenorrhoea are likely to be at least partially emotionally determind. The fits occur very seldom now, and she appears to be adjusting herself to the emotional factors concerned.""
