Scope and Contents
"Diagnosis: Post peural depression. Patient had a child which died when 7 1/2 months old - 'congenital heart trouble'. Patient was a good mother and was very upset about this. Became pregnant again - normal confinement. Two days after the birth she became mentally ill, lost weight and became very depressed. Hearing voices. Admitted to CR, confused and agitated, and only dily aware of her surroundings."
