Scope and Contents
"Diagnosis: Anxiety Neurosis. "He is suffering from a severe anxiety neurosis, probably precipitated to begin with by his shelling experience in Normandy and now aggravated by his having towork in the mines. His present claustrophobia renders this latter quite impossible and I would recommend for him first of all a change of employment. He also needs a course of psycho-therapy."
