"Diagnosis: Anxiety state. Perfectly well until 3 months ago when he go flu and while in bed present troubles began. Complains of feeling shaky - feels a rumbling in his stomach, pains in chest. When he was ill with flu, Dr said his BP was involved. "This didn't worry me much". Feels lack of confidence. Sleep was affected initially; better now. Lives in a 1 room and kitchen house, he and his wife occupy the kitchen and an old man occupied the room. This is very dull for him though wife doesn't mind it."
