Scope and Contents

A lithograph drawn by Charles van de Velde and lithography by Louis-Julien Jacottet showing the spring of Banias and the Cave of Pan. It is located at the foot of Mount Hermon, north of the Golan Heights and the spring is the source of the Banias River, one of the main tributaries of the Jordan River.
