Biographical / Historical
Ewart was a member of the Committee, with George Chrystal as Chairman. The meeting was held in Perth on 11 April 1904 and recommended, among other things, the formation of the Scottish Universities into a single group with a distinct set of General Regulations for the Instruction and Selection of Candidates, and the constitution of a Board of Selection.
