Files will be open 85 years after the latest date referenced in the file, on the next 1 January. Access to all unrestricted files is subject to a screening process for third party data and researchers may be required to sign a data protection declaration. Names of non-graduates, not proven to be deceased, are withheld until 100 years after their known or estimated date of birth.
