Surgery Lectures - Surgical Neurology lectures with extensive additions. The material consists of another copy of the lectures in Coll-32/C.5-C.6 but with extensive manuscript notes and additions by Norman Dott, and several additional pages. The material is undated but was presumably written between 1956 when the other lectures were dated and 1963 when Dott retired.
