File marked'Dept. meeting 21.1.59'. The material consists of a talk by Norman Dott outlining plans to use 'Ward 20 R.E.I. (Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh' for 'Traumatic surgical neurology - mostly head injuries' after the opening of Department of Surgical Neurolgy at the Western General Hospital, and explaining specialist treatment required for head injury service (see also Coll-32/B.52-B.60). Also contains manuscript notes by Dott on the literature, and on lectures by colleagues on the subject and related offprints.
