The paper was delivered at the Congress Ophthalmological Society of the United Kingdom, dated April 1931 and is a similar (not identical) paper to Coll-32/D.21. The paper was later published in Transactions of the Ophthalmological Society, vol. 51, 1931, see reference Harris 27 in Coll-32/A.3.
