This sub-subseries consists of material relating to the lecture by Norman Dott, 'Training and Certification in Surgical Neurology and Surgery for UK and overseas'. This was the Third Hugh Cairns lecture, see also Coll/32.F.96. The lecture was delivered in May 1966, then the professional material was re-cast and published in The Lancet, 2, 1966 (see reference Harris 82 in Coll-32/A.3) and another version, including memorial-and personal matter was published as a private print for the Society of British Neurological Surgeons, Open University Press, 1966 (see reference Harris 83 in Coll-32/A.3).
