Lecture by Norman Dott, 'Spontaneous spinal epidural haemorrhage during anticoagulant therapy'. The paper was originally given by Dott at the meeting of the Neurological Society of the Middle East, Shiraz, October 1963, then revised and published in collaboration in the British Medical Journal, 1966 (see reference Harris 81 in Coll-32/A.3). The material consists of the text of the lecture as delivered at Shiraz, with photographs of cases; a copy of published version; and correspondence between Dott and Francis A. Echlin on the same subject, 1965.
