Meetings of the Society of British Neurological Surgeons (S.B.N.S.): 75th Meeting, Preston, May 1967 and 76th Meeting, New York, October 1967. The material consists of programme of the 75th Meeting, and manuscript notes by Norman Dott. Professor Almeida Lima gave the Fourth Sir Hugh Cairns Memorial Ledure at this meeting, and Dott proposed the vote of thanks. The file includes the text of the lecture (which Dott partly rewrote to clarify the English) with his vote of thanks; correspondence between Dott and Professor Lima regarding a proposed visit to Lady Cairns; and a dupiicated account of the 76th Meeting only.
