156 folios (21 by 20 cm). The binding is blind-stamped leather over wooden boards with decoration centring around a cross. The spine is cracked, it is in a rough leather carrying satchel. A small label on the carrying satchel reads "1173". This may have been a reference number (or partial reference number) from another collection.
