Martyn's research, no date, c. 1948; 'The Sun as an Emitter of Radio Waves', Royal Institution Friday evening discourse, dated 25 November 1950, an 3 page incomplete typescript draft and slide list.; manuscript notes, probably for short talks, 2 pages and 1 page; and manuscript notes by Edward Appleton and William Piggott on the work of others scientists (including [Fred] Hoyle, Ryle, J.S. Hey, etc.), perhaps taken at a conference or discussion meeting.
