Scope and Contents
Correspondence, reports and evaluations of the Short Term Experience Programme (STEP) run by EUSA to involve more young people in their work in South America. The STEP programmes involved directed work in a Latin American nation for six weeks to six months, and was aimed at individuals between 19 and 30 years of age.
