Missionary Personnel Files, 1897 - 1993

EUSA and Latin Link kept a record of each missionary who served in the South American field, and also some files on regular supporters and workers. Typically, the files contain an application form and references that were required to join the mission, and also confidential correspondence. Files were also inherited from the Andes Evangelical Mission and Regions Beyond Missionary Union when they merged with EUSA (1981 and 1991 respectively). Since these files are covered by the Data Protection Act (1998), there are access restrictions on many of these files. However, the age and content of some files means that selected files in the series are available for public access. Please consult the archivist for details.
