Slides from twelve drawer wooden chest

These group of photographs come from wooden lantern slide boxes found in the curatorial offices at Edinburgh Zoo. The box itself consisted of space twelve drawers (three rows of four), of which only eight still had drawers in them. The topics of the photographs vary and may come from lantern slide lectures given by Thomas Gillespie.
