Refers to David Milne Home, Jean de Charpentier on Glaciers, 'Displacement & extinction of primeval races of Man', D Wilson LLD, with lines notes on racial theory for exampl 'a few favoured races have outsped all others' and 'they tread in the US in their progress westwards on the graves of nations', and 'absorption & not absolute extirpation plays a part in the extinction of aborginial races'.
