Letter from Fred Urquhart to Dominic Hibberd, biographer of the poet Harold Monro, in which Urquhart reminisces about his relationship with Monro’s son, Nigel, and his subsequent decades-long relationship with Peter Wyndham Allen, before going on to give news of his work. He also encloses an offprint of his short story "The Rabbit, the Pheasant and the Marmalade Cat" published in Aberdeen University Review, no. 188 (autumn 1992).
