Johann Martin Honigberger (1795-1869), physician and traveller, Autograph Letter Signed, 1850, about his Middle Eastern journeys.

- Letter: 14 December 1850. Honigberger writes to an art dealership, giving them the biographical details they requested: His travels throughout Europe and to Asia, India, and the Arab peninsula. He worked in Lebanon as a doctor for several years, spent 2 years in Constantinople, and 10 years as the doctor to the Sikh government of Bombay. He is currently in Vienna, working on the publication of books about his travels.
