Letter in English from James Jr to Alice. The van was meant to take furniture to Kellie but since it has snowed, they're holding off a few days. Grant will be "in a state of great distress at the arrival of his family being put off". Change of plans with "our friends" since the "8 Mary Place Frasers are going to leave Lorrie and go to Upper Valleyfield". Mother went to Valleyfield with three others and it was trying for her, but were very kind and managed to pull through. FC Miss Alice and Edmund mentioned throughout letter. Discussing social events and gossip.
