Scope and Contents
Letter in English from Louise to "Dear Tropical Chicken". Letter shares they're in a snowstorm and planned to go to Kellie with "mother & Lorm & I & 'rone'" April 18th but seems to think will not occur now. Visit the day before from "our Mai" who is staying at the convent with her mother and has been doing commissions for the nuns. Lorm and her were invited over and Lorm made a joke about "Mai" fasting for fourty days. Someone Alice knows has arrived as an assistant but she hasn't met her. Louise had an awful cough but is hoping it is getting better. On back of letter it says "Write me the [most], lovy[sic] letter"
