Biographical / Historical
The review was undertaken on 21-25 February 1983 at the request of local management, by R.G.C. Lilley of ARC Management Services section. The review was conducted against the background of Job Evaluation questionnaires completed by postholders, with staff also being interviewed sbout their work.
