Biographical / Historical
This report was produced following the original report on IAPGR-ERS farms completed in October 1991, which recommended a review of the feedmill. A second, more detailed, report was commissioned in February 1992 and completed in June 1992. It was decided that the estimated costs and production parameters in the report should be reviewed when realistic actual costs were available.
