Biographical / Historical
Following the publication of the report of the Comptroller and Auditor General's report on 'Reaping the rewards of agricultural research', four witnesses were invited to give oral evidence at the Committee's meeting on 5 February 2003. The witnesses were Brian Bender (Permanent Secretary, DEFRA), Julia Goodfellow (Chief Executive, BBSRC), Harry Griffin (Acting Director, Roslin Institute) and Grahame Bulfield (former Director, Roslin Institute).
