Presented by J. Menzies Campbell. A letter is included in the volume, dated 5th April 1978, from Regius Professor of Law David M. Walker, referring to the case. Includes a business card for Dr. J. Menzies Campbell (Glasgow), with an inked inscription stating that the volume was given to the University with the compliments of Dr. Campbell.
