Biographical / Historical
William Cullen was an alumnus of the University, and became Professor of Chemistry and Medicine at Edinburgh University in 1755. He became the Chair of Medicine in 1766.

Physical Description
Nine volumes, all brown, leather bound. Banded spine. Title on binding, red and green leather overlay: "Cullen's Practice Vol. 1." (and Vol. 2, 3, 4...). in vol. 9, green leather overlay has some gold ornamentation and some damage.
