From the Fonds:

Items relating to Sheila Scott's time as a nurse at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh (RIE) and on the National Association of Theatre Nurses (NATN) Subcommittee on Policy for Staffing and Training of Operating Department Personnel. RIE materials relate primarily to the development of sterile dressings and the introduction of the Procedure Pack Service to the hospital. The collection includes: photographs of the Procedure Pack Service process; Theatre Service Centre reports and other reports on sterile supplies; materials related to hospital planning; correspondence, agendas, and meeting minutes from the NATN subcommittee.
