Thomas, A Chronological Survey of Work for the Blind (with an Appendix on the Prevention of Blindness, and a Bibliography) From the Earliest Records up to the Year 1930 (London: Sir Isaac Pitman & Sons, Ltd., 1932). The book appears to have belonged to James Cormack whose name is written in the first inside page. He was the Superintendent of the Edinburgh and South-East Scotland Society for Teaching the Blind to Read at their own Homes from the 1920s for a number of decades.
