Scope and Contents

The General Cancer Register gives, for each patient, number, name, date, from which ward or hospital, diagnosis.

Specific Cancer Registers give, for each patient, year, name, serial number, date of first treatment, stage, record of years alive after start of treatment, date of death. Patients are arranged alphabetically under first year of treatment.
