The Annual Report contains a Co-ordinator's report which has the headline 'Gay Switchboard receives more than 10,000 calls!'. The report discusses a residential conference which focused on relationship counselling, Scottish AIDS Monitor (SAM) moving out of their premises, and notes an increase in calls relating to AIDS.

A Training Report is provided which discusses a recent Friend Conference in Manchester and Switchboard's residential conference. It also details the process of training a prospective member and selecting successful applicants.

Also included is a Statement of Income and Expenditure for the year ending 31/03/1987, and Statistical Information for 1986 which lists the types and number of calls.
