Scope and Contents

Correspondence received by Lesbian Line, which comprises: discussions with Lothian Regional Aids Group and Edinburgh District Council; requests for information and publicity material about Lesbian Line; planning for International Women’s Day; press coverage on Edinburgh District Council’s funding of gay and lesbian groups; staffing matters relating to training, applications and resignations; conference notes; and discussions with other lesbian and women’s groups.

Also included is correspondence from service-users seeking advice and information, along with replies from members of the Lesbian Line team. Topics discussed include isolation/loneliness, custody of children, and gay social venues.
