Commentary article on the imminent free vote on lowering the "homosexual" age of consent to 16. Stance is very negative; argues that 16 year old boys lack maturity and that the health risks attached to gay sex are too severe. Argues against the principle of equality between gay and straight people, that this particular right would be damaging to society.
