Scope and Contents
The court of appeal have refused to overturn gross indecency convictions against seven gay men who were paricipating in consensual group sex, although sentences may be reduced to fines. Police had pressed the charges on seeing video evidence and due to the fact one of the men was just days below the gay age of consent of age 18.
