Scope and Contents
Press statement letter (three copies) outlining that the AIDS (control) bill is coming into royal assent, which Baroness Trumpington has called "a small piece of history". Its principle aims are to ensure that public health authorities across the UK, and voluntary and non-statutory agencies, report not only statistics and case numbers but also report what they are doing in tacking both HIV and AIDS.
