Handwritten manuscript titled:

"The principles of ye oracles of God. The second part. Preached by the Reverend Mr John How, pastor of a congregation in London at his weekly lecture in ye yeares 1691, 1692 [and] 1693". 404 numbered pages, with an index of the four sections at the front. The hand is a consistent italic, which displays many secretary features.

Front flyleaf bears ownership marks - an Elias Pullen, 1778, and an E. Middleton, undated.

Spine title reads "How's Sermons" and volume shows sign of significant damage and repair. Rebound January 1984.
