Two manuscript notebooks.
MS REN 1.1:
Composite volume of letters, written 3 October 1682 - 29 December 1687. Letters copied in rather than autograph copies, potentially from a Mr. Heid. Pagination resets after page 183, with an index that correlates letters in this volume with that of Mr Heid's. A note on p.183 reads:
'Written for Mr John McMain. October 10, 1723'
The majority of letters are authored by James Renwick, but not all. Other authors include:
