Letter from Rev Dr Hector MacPherson, 7 Wardie Crescent, Edinburgh to Rev Dr Dudley Stuart Hopkirk, 18 Regent Terrace, Edinburgh telling of his recent holiday to Holland to visit a Dutch minister friend. He states his amazement 'at the recovery Holland has made' following the occupation of the country and tells how his friend had been imprisoned for befriending a Jewish refugee.
