New map of Scotland for Ladies Needlework, 1797
The map is entitled A New Map of Scotland for Ladies Needlework. The title is at the top of the map and the text is encircled by greenery and tartan and supported by a Highlander. It is noted as published in London by Laurie and Whittle, No.53 Fleet Street, 1797. The map is colour tinted and is presented in an oval setting. The rolled sheet is approximately 45cm x 50 cm.
