Scope and Contents The collection is composed of three bound volumes being Sir John Fraser's journal of a tour made around the world in 1935. Each volume contains many pages of black and white photographs along with pages of typescript text describing the journey. Notes on the Anatomy and Surgery lectures of Henry Cline and Astley Cooper, taken down by Robert Bickersteth

Scope and Contents These ms notes of the lectures on Anatomy and Surgery given by Henry Cline (1750-1827) and Astley Cooper (1768-1841) were taken down by Robert Bickersteth. Cline was a surgeon at St. Thomas's Hospital, London, and Cooper was a surgeon in London too.
The notes are in ink, sometimes on both recto and verso of the leaf, but usually on the rectos only. There are occasional drawings.
